Fiber Optic Clearing

Last night I had a dream where I was moving with Matrix-like speed down the hall at my work. I felt in every cell in my body the fullness of my healthy "no" to the patterns of sacrifice and YES to my life beyond the limits of what I have ever known. I literally disintegrated like fairy dust and reconstituted in the dream--right in front of my Department Chair in front of the elevator. It felt so literal and I am still integrating it physically. It felt like was moving in a fiber optic way--back for lifetimes and fully to the present clearning this pattern in a deep, deep way. It would have made a good movie scene.
